Return Policy
The Running Overo does not accept returns on Custom
Orders. Other items purchased from The Running Overo,
may qualify on a case to case basis, but only if the
returned product is 100% new and unused, with no tear
and wear.
Contact The Running Overo within 10 business days of
receiving your item, as long as it is not damaged or used,
you will receive a store credit, once the item is shipped
back to The Running Over and I have received and
inspected it.
You must contact The Running Overo by Email
(therunningovero@gmail.com) to receive your
return authorization, prior to sending back an item.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping and may
ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact
The Running Overo within 5 days of delivery to quickly
resolve the issue.
All sales are final on sale items. No store credit will be
issued.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact
The Running Overo as soon as possible.
Additional Info
The Running Overo is not responsible for item wear
that is a result of customer use. This includes, but is not
limited to; constant rubbing, heavy packing, misuse or harsh environmental conditions. Proper care for leather
items such as conditioning and proper cleaning will
ensure the longevity of your item(s).

Personalized Custom Orders (with names or initials)
do require a deposit prior to start with the project.

The prices are reflecting the time and cost of material,
that goes into my creations. These are completely handmade items, from start to finish and they take several hours to complete, per item. Thank you for appreciating real, traditional leatherwork!

Please understand that I will NOT copy the work of
a fellow leatherworker, as I would not want someone
to copy my creations either. If you see something online,
that you like, as an idea for your Custom Order, we will work something out to create something NEW in that style you like, just for you.

Common Questions
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Products I have in stock, ship within 1-2 business days,
unless stated otherwise.
Custom Products will ship 1-2 business days after
completion.
Will I receive the item in the picture?
Yes, I will send you the exact item in the picture,
from orders I have in stock and ready to go.
Does The Running Overo ship outside of the US?
Yes I do ship outside of the US, appropriate shipping fees
apply, payed by customer.
How long is shipping?
Once the item leaves my shop in the mail, it is out of my
hands, when it comes to shipping time. Please understand
that I am not responsible for any shipping delays, or damage during shipping, once your order is on it’s way
to you.
Where are The Running Overo products made?
All of my products are proudly made right here, on my
little Ranch, in Florida USA. And everything is
completely hand made by me, for you!

Do you sell Gift Cards?
Yes, Gift Cards are available. They can be used for available items or Custom Orders. Please contact me
for purchasing a gift card.

How long is the *Wait Time* and *Production Time*
on Custom orders?
*Wait Time* is the time from the day the order is taken
to the time I start working on the order.
*Production Time* is the time it takes me to finish
your Custom Item.
Both, *Wait Time* and *Production Time* are
ESTIMATED timeframes.
I try my best to start and finish your order within this
time frame.

There still could be unforeseen circumstances, that can
cause this estimated time to be extended: for example
materials on order not in stock, unforeseen sickness, etc.
Or sometimes life just happens, when you run a Ranch
by yourself, raise two boys and run your own business
at the same time.

In the rare case, that anything comes up (I will notify you immediately!), that leads to delays, please bare with me.
I try my best to stay within the estimated time frame
and appreciate your patience.
